Notice that all vendors should be set up and ready to go no later than 9:00 Am on the event day, Saturday, May 9, 2009. We ask that you do not tear down your booth before 6 Pm. Summiting this form constitutes an agreement of payment of all fees, whether you are able to make it to the event or not.
